Emma has always had a passion for all things nature and ecology which developed further throughout her time studying Biology at the University of Nottingham. Shortly after graduating in 2024 with an Integrated Masters, she joined us as a research assistant in Madagascar which marked her first Opwall trip. During her time on expedition she surveyed endemic species in the dry forests of Mariarano and got her open water scuba qualification in Nosy Be.
After her time with us as a research assistant, Emma continued to travel for a couple of months before heading back to the UK where she joined us as our new autumn intern. She is working full-time within our sales team and will be joining us in Honduras this summer which she is really looking forward to!
