  • as it appears on your passport
  • (for possible visa implications)
  • Please let us know if you're currently dive qualified, and if so to which level and with which organisation. (For example, PADI Open Water, BSAC Adventure Diver) Please enter "Not Qualified" if you've not got any current qualification, or N/A if you are on a non-diving expedition.
  • Proposed Itinerary

Week number Option code or title

  • Week number refers to your own expedition - regardless of when you're coming in the season. Option code or title depends on which expedition you want to book on to. Most expeditions (barring Honduras and Indonesia) are fixed itinerary, so you can input just which expedition you want. For example, "South Africa Expedition 1" or "Mexico Expedition 4."

For variable itineraries, please input week by week which option you want to come onto. If in doubt, contact your expedition advisor or usa@opwall.com

Although this is your proposed itinerary, please bear in mind that logistics in the field, in such a remote part of the world, may require certain aspects of your itinerary to be changed at any time.

  • By submitting this form, you are not confirmed on the expedition. Please call the office on +1(973)920-0487 or +1(540)-885-5605 in order to pay your 10% deposit. Once we receive your deposit, your spot will be secured on the project of your choice.

In order to help spread the payments we require a further 10% payment 150 days prior to your expedition start date, and 20% payment due by March 31, 2016. If you are booking within 10 weeks of your intended departure date then we require full payment. We must have the full balance payment at least 8 weeks (56 days) prior to departure.
